Outdoor spaces redevelopment of bonnier housing (75) / delivery expected for 2022

Real urban stake on nearly one hectare, the requalification of the city Bonnier must allow a redefinition of public and private spaces and accommodate social and commercial activities.

The objectives of Paris are grouped according to 3 major axes: a city turned towards its district and its city, the improvement of the inhabitants’ life and the suppression of insecurities, and the valorization of the district architectural heritage.

Our landscaping work consists in this first phase to redefine the courtyards and access to the buildings’ halls over 4,500 m2 and ultimately to requalify in its entirety the public space of the Bonnier city.

In response to the city program, we propose to change the status of spaces by modifying the very functioning of the Bonnier city. The buildings, which are open to the outside of the neighborhood, are now being redesigned to open onto P. Seghers Square, making it the central living space in the neighborhood.

We also propose to redefine the different places: the ground floor used as living space become artists' studios or associations, the entrances and courses are fenced and made safe and the space thus cleared between the road and the buildings become a path planted with trees and large shrubbery offering a new face to the city and starting the link to the central square.

Finally, we want to transform courtyards and patios into private gardens and develop pathways, terraces and plots for use by residents.
